Umsetzung von CO2-armen Projekten auf 700 landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben mit Mischkulturen und Viehzucht in Frankreich, Belgien, Irland, Deutschland, Spanien und Italien.

3. Erarbeiten

Entwicklung von Benchmarks für die Kosten kohlenstoffarmer Projekte.

4. Entwickeln

Entwicklung eines ergebnisbasierten Finanzierungsmechanismus für die Kohlenstoffreduzierung.

Aufbau eines europäischen Netzwerks kohlenstoffarmer Viehhalter.

As the project coordinator for Germany, I lead the execution of the German carbon strategy within the LIFE project, overseeing stakeholder collaboration to empower farmers in reducing carbon footprints and enhancing carbon storage.
Through my extensive experience, I've been instrumental in actively contributing to the project's endeavors aimed at achieving a 15% reduction in farm carbon footprints by the year 2027. This concerted effort aims to establish a comprehensive and standardized framework for sustainable farming practices at the European level.
Experienced environmental scientist specialized in agriculture and greenhouse gas emissions, serving as a Lead Author for the IPCC's 'Agriculture' chapter and contributing to the 6thAssessment Report.
